2023:More anglers. More fish. 

A bigger community, more anglers, and great tournaments lined up for the 2023 season! This season is shaping up to be our best ever, with new lakes, new members, and new sponsors!

What you need to know

Angler of the Year (AOY)

Our Angler of the Year Structure is simple: you get a point for every inch of fish.  For each tournament you participate in your total submitted length will be added to your points total.  Your top three tournament totals will be counted to your total AOY points on the season, plus your total for the two day club classic.​ So if you catch and submit 80" in 3 tournaments, but only 50" in one of your events, your total points will be 240 as we will drop the lowest totals and only count your top 3. Your AOY total is your best three events, plus the two-day Club Classic.

 

Payouts

  • Events greater than 15 anglers will award 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.  All others just 1st and 2nd.

  • With a 40 person event the winner will can home just over $500 in cash and prizes

  • After the Club Classic, the points will be totaled and the Grand Prize will be awarded.

  • Top 5 anglers are invited to the KBF National Championship where 1st place will win $100,000

  • Top 105 of ADK KBF anglers will qualify to compete in the State Championships at Oneida Lake in October 2023.

  3. Register to the event of your choice before the deadline - $35 Entry Fee*

  4. Earn points towards the Angler of the Year title and the grand prize.  
    * Championship and KBF Trail Events may vary.  $10 of the entry fees goes towards administration fees and AOY prizes. ​
